Club Membership Application

Reliable Rider

A $20 Membership Application Fee (non-refundable) is invoiced after your application is received. You can pay the invoice with Zelle, PayPal or a check (mailed USPS) depending on your preference. Your application will be reviewed when payment has been received. You will receive an email notification as to whether your Club Membership has been approved or not approved. You will not receive any additional invoices until 14 days prior to your Club Activation date. Club Activation means the club’s FSD Tesla Y Vehicle is available for members’ use and each member has had their home charging station installed.

Requested Club Size

20 Members -16 hours per month (Four 4-hr reservations of vehicle use per month, one 4-hr per week)
40 Members -8 hours per month (Two 4-hr reservations of vehicle use per month)

Invoices and Payment Preferences

I prefer to use Zelle to pay club Invoices. Use my eMail to send Invoices.
