Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims

This Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned individual (“Releasor”) in favor of Reliable Rider LLC and the Reliable Rider Club, including their respective members, managers, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”).

    1. Assumption of Risk

    Releasor acknowledges and understands that participation in activities involving the use or operation of any Reliable Rider Club vehicle (the “Club Vehicle”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, bodily harm, property damage, or death. Releasor voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

    2. Release and Waiver

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Releasor hereby irrevocably waives, releases, and discharges the Releasees from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether in law or equity, arising out of or related to:

    • • The use, operation, or possession of any Reliable Rider Club Vehicle.

    • • Any accident, collision, or incident involving a Reliable Rider Club Vehicle.

    • • Any personal injury, bodily injury, or property damage sustained by Releasor.

    • • Any acts or omissions of other riders, including individuals selected, invited, or permitted by Releasor to ride with or accompany Releasor.

    • • Any agreements, services, or arrangements provided by or through the Reliable Rider Club or Reliable Rider LLC (collectively, the “Club Services”).

    3. Covenant Not to Sue

    Releasor agrees not to initiate, file, or pursue any lawsuit, claim, or proceeding against any Releasee arising out of or relating to the matters described in this Agreement.

    4. Indemnification

    Releasor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to Releasor’s participation in Reliable Rider Club activities or use of any Reliable Rider Club Vehicle, including claims brought by third parties as a result of Releasor’s actions.

    5. Binding Effect

    This Agreement shall be binding upon Releasor and Releasor’s heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of the Releasees.

    6. Severability

    If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    7. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event or activity occurs.

    8. Acknowledgment

    Releasor acknowledges that they have read this Agreement carefully, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily, intending to be legally bound.
