Navigating with Tesla FSD

Set your destinations for your 4-hour block of time. Record starting mileage on the Rider App. Arrive back at your home address before your reservation end time. Record ending mileage on the Rider App. Drive the vehicle to the next member’s address and take a Robo Taxi back to your home. The vehicle should arrive at the next member’s address no later than 30 minutes after your reservation end time. Be considerate of other club members so that the vehicle can get an additional 60 to 90 minutes of recharge for the next member’s 4-hr use. Fill out any comments or complaints you have on the Rider App. Call or text your club manager’s mobile phone number for assistance at any time.

Methods for Setting Your Destinations

  • Voice Commands: 
    Use voice commands for hands-free destination entry.
  • Map Interaction: 
    Long-press on the map to drop a pin at a precise location and select “Navigate”.
  • Search Bar: 
    Tap the “Navigate” bar to enter an address or select from recent/favorite locations.
  • Mobile App:
    Use the Tesla App to search for a location and send it to the car.

Managing Multiple Stops (Waypoints):

  • Add Stops: 
    While navigating, open the menu (three dots) and select “Add Stop” to insert new locations along your route.
  • Reorder Stops:  
    You can drag and drop stops by touching the equals sign in the navigation list.

Sharing Your Ride with Others:

As the member driver, you can ride with any other people you choose during your 4-hour reserved use of the club vehicle. We recommend you only ride with people you know like family and friends. You bring other people into your ride at your own risk and liability (See Release of Liability Waiver). You can send your list of destinations and waypoints to someone you trust at any time, usually while scheduling.
